If you are unhappy with anything in school, please do not hesitate to come and speak to us about your concerns. It is always better to let us know about any worries or complaint you may have as soon as possible. We would very much appreciate your help to improve our school, and we will always endeavour to accommodate your wishes, as long as it is in the best interests of the whole school.
An appointment can be made to see the class teacher, Assistant Head, Deputy Head or Headteacher by contacting reception either by phone, post, email or in person. Contact details can be found on the 'CONTACT US' page.
If you feel your complaint is more serious, you can send a letter to the Headteacher (Zandra Wilkinson) or Chair of Governors (Sharon Hughes) via school.

If your child has a special need or disability, you can follow the same complaint procedure as above. We would encourage any parent of a child with a special need or disability who has a complaint to contact our Inclusion Leader and Deputy Head Mrs Walker to talk through what school can do to help. You could also speak to the SENCo Mrs Hughes or the Headteacher Mrs Wilkinson, if you would prefer. We have a wide range of support which we can put in place for your child (see the SEND section of our website) and we can advise you on your rights, or support you to find the help and support you may need as a parent.
We are always glad to receive any compliments from parents or other members of the public about anything in our school. Please contact school as above. Any compliments about particular staff or children are always passed on, and are always greatly appreciated.
